For your peace of mind, our goods are backed by our 14 day manufacturer guarantee on faulty goods.
This assurance commences on the day of purchase, as reflected on your purchase invoice/receipt.
14-Day Replacement Guarantee

You’re entitled to a product replacement for a faulty product.

Please e-mail us a photo of the fault and your contact details within 14 days of the date of purchase to hello@bobums.co.za for a full investigation. If necessary, the goods will need to be returned to us at your cost for closer examination.

Faulty goods will be investigated before a replacement is offered.

Once our team has verified the manufacture fault - a replacement product or offer to mend the faulty product will be actioned
What Defines a Faulty Product?
A faulty product is when the item:

has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

is significantly damaged due to a manufacturing process
Fair wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee. Faults caused by general wear-and-tear, improper care or misuse of the product or faults caused with intent are not covered.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or if you simply don't like your selection. However we will treat each case uniquely and try to assist where possible.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You want to swop an item?
Please place a new order and advise us through the contact us page that you will be returning your unwanted items at your cost. You will be given a full refund once the items are received by our warehouse. Full refunds will only be offered for goods that are unused, and still in their original packaging. A replacement order has to be placed first on the website to consider this swop. This has to be done within 14 days of the original purchase.
Please make sure that you’re happy with your choices before submitting your order and please be aware that the returns postage / courier is at the cost of the customer. For hygiene purposes we have to be very strict about this policy for the safety of all our customers and the integrity of our product.
