Truly I am amazed by the excellent client service received from this company.
I was last minute Christmas shopping.
So to explain this in a better way. I messaged Natalie on WhatsApp on Sunday - 12 Dec, evening and got a prompt response early on Monday morning - 13 Dec, where she confirmed that the items I want is in stock and can be personalized. So where the tricky part came in is that Bobums is located in Durban and I am in Pretoria. Also, Thursday, 16 Dec is a public holiday meaning that the time frame for my order to arrive before/on Wednesday - 15 Dec, was minimal.
I explained to Natalie that I would need my order to arrive on Wednesday since Thursday is a public holiday meaning that most couriers are not operating and since we are leaving for holiday early Friday morning- 17 Dec.
Long story short .. I placed and paid for my order around about at lunch time on Monday morning - 13 Dec and my package arrived this morning - Tuesday, 14 Dec, at 09:00 am! Belinda and Natalie ensured to accommodate my almost impossible short notice request.
Belinda and Natalie saved my Christmas!!
I cannot thank them enough.
To not even mention the awesome packaging which my towels came in including a card with a personal message and the absolute great quality of the towels is amazing! So soft and yet effective!
